Nick Crutchfield is a great Service Advisor. He listens, communicates well and keeps me informed, experienced, and makes sure that all of my vehicle needs are met. He is an asset to Nissan of Rivergate.
Aaron and Nikki took excellent care of me. Answered all questions I had and was transparent with everything. They were not pushy like other dealerships and didn’t try to add bogus fees. I live 2 hours away from this dealership but if their service department is as good as there sales department and I have heard it is I’ll drive that 2 hours to have my Pathfinder serviced.
Krizta worked with us in 2024 and told us what we needed to do, today she got us in a car with no problems! She is the best and patient and got me the car I wanted a 2025 Sentra.
I would give the service department 0 stars if I could. I've tried every Nissan dealer in Nashville and NONE of them are reputable nor honest. They will all scam you for as much money as possible and do unnecessary work every single time. This one is no different. Do not believe anything they say and ALWAYS verify with reputable shops.
