Scammers. Bought a “certified pre owned” from Paula Deonarine at this location, only for a different Nissan repair shop to tell me it was definitely not qualified to be a certified pre owned vehicle. Car had over 10k worth of damages that they hid from me when I bought it and I only later discovered. Ended up paying over $30,000 for a car that was listed at around $13,000. If I could give them zero stars, I would. A few months ago, my mother went to Nissan of Queens Used Cars, and at first everything seemed normal. But then they suddenly transferred us to Nissan of Queens, which already felt fishy. From there, things only got worse. My mother doesn’t speak much English and didn’t fully understand the paperwork, and the dealership completely took advantage of that.
