The staff at this dealership are extremely rude. They were not only to me but I witnessed this behavior towards other customers. They only get 1 star because I can't post with zero.
I've been taking my car here for years... staff is always friendly & helpful! Even though I have an infiniti they are able to service my car
Had an issue with a used vehicle we recently bought at Rustom. Haley and the team were great to work with, communicated well, and resolved the issue without hassle and at no charge to us. They even gave us a loaner vehicle while the repairs were being done. We couldn't be happier.
I went in for a oil change they gave me the oil change but I had a coupon from the Nissan dealership and at first they couldn't tell if they were going to honor it and I kind of felt like an idiot standing there going through both of my phones trying to find a better picture of the coupon. They apologize after so I am happy but I did feel a little embarrassed at first so that's why I took one star off
