Horrible experience, went there to purchase a car and was treated like less than a human being. Very sad.
Overall, my experience has been a nightmare. Went to purchase a car that it was advertise online and when I went to dealership everything went fine until I get to the car and notice a big damage to it. (cosmetic) was told that they will replace it and not to worry about it. when I when back for the damage to be fixed it wasn't as easy as we thought. I ended changing the vehicle for another one. Brought car for service for headlight issue. They did not address the problem and said did not find any problem except for the bulb. Replaced the bulb for 251$. When we complained they said that they have to replace the harness and complete repair will be 824.35$ OTD. We brought the car to another car repair shop and they replaced ************ 79$, OTD. Were doing this so this dealer repair shop will not take advantage of other people.
