Don’t get your car serviced here. High prices, Misdiagnosed my vehicle three times. First time a gas cap. Lets reset that engine light and it if it happens again? Just call us 😄 Happens again. This time it’s a O2 sensor. Vehicle kept for seven to eight days. Oh we can’t fix it, we can’t fix it must bring to Chrysler dealership. (This should have happen first) Per the former service manager: We don’t know Jeeps. Third time yes, another engine light. This one is a catalytic converter. Will cost $3500 total. What a great group of folks! I walked in Friday morning before the sales team came in and the director showed me a car I was looking at. I ended up buying a different car - I LOVE my new Maxima!! Last week, I bought a used Jeep Wrangler from them. From Josue, my salesman, to Bob the Service Manager, this place has been TOP NOTCH. My wife is interested in a new Nissan Armada and we will only come here now. We drive an hour to Nissan of Norwich and it's worth it. They are honest and easy to work with. They made buying a car during COVID_19 simple. Great place!
