When you buy a vehicle from them. Ensure you ask about your emissions because otherwise you will get a late fee that you are responsible for. They will tell you it isn't their problem that it is a State of CT problem. So 4 months into buying a car from them, my supposed emissions was due and was charged a late fee - and was never notified it was even due. When I called the dealership to ask about this I was told not their problem.
Had a oil maintenance service, they gave me the car with oil cap half open, hood open and a drain plug oil leak never getting a service done here

I didn't buy a car from Nissan of Norwich, but I received amazing customer service from a salesman there (I believe his name was either Nick or Justin). I just flew into the area for a wedding and was attempting to check into my Airbnb however my phone died. I pulled over lost and confused trying to find a way for me to charge my phone so I could finally check in after my long day and was greeted by this very professional salesman.
