Just wanted to say how great of an experience I had yesterday at this dealership. Jay at the front was very friendly and helpful. Danny is amazing and was able to get my car in and out fast and efficiently. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs assistance with their cars.
Under new management so I’ll start there. I will say that when I came in for my oil change, I saw Jay who was very helpful. He made sure I got what I wanted and answered any questions I had about the service. Shout out to Danny(great mechanic) who has been working on every single Nissan I’ve had since 2017.
I’ve been a loyal customer at Nissan North Plainfield for over 10 years, and this is my second vehicle from this dealership. I have always chosen to service my vehicles here because of the trust and long-standing relationship I’ve had with this service center. During my recent visit, I was recommended brake work by one of the service advisors (Jason). He clearly promised me that the front brake pads and rotors would cost $599, and the rear brake pads would cost $329. I also had a $70 service coupon, and Jason very very clear... read more
The Dealership changed ownership (No longer North Plainfield Nissan) and not honoring previous commitments made. Had included oil changes for 1 year post lease initiation in September 2024 and now the dealership will not honor this commitment for second oil change. Poor business practices at this dealership if no longer reliable to support contract as would find another place to lease/purchase a car. Another dissatisfied and lost customer :(
Really I bought Car in this dealer when it was North plainflied Nissan but now with the new administration this dealer is the worse administration .My car has 2 years old and this Dealer don't want to cover becouse now they're the owner.....THE ATTENTION TO THE CUSTOMER IS NASTY AND UNRESPECTFULL...NEVER BUY A CAR IS THIS DEALER
