It’s under new management. HORRIBLY. Last time I was getting oil change I noticed many people had issues with customer service and I noticed that there not as many people getting cars repaired as before (when customer service was great). They use to work with people. I used to feel good comping in and not just a number just like recently. Now everything is different. We been loyal customers for a very long time. Ive leased twice with them but I cut ties and went to route 46 Nissan for my latest lease due to poor customer service. 2 months and less than 1000 miles on my last car and the window sensor broke and wouldn't close during a rain storm. They refused to give me a loaner and directed me all the way out to Bridgewater for service. They will not help you if anything goes wrong. Im not surprised they change their name every 2-3 years. Do not purchase or lease with them. Shady
Just wanted to say how great of an experience I had yesterday at this dealership. Jay at the front was very friendly and helpful. Danny is amazing and was able to get my car in and out fast and efficiently. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs assistance with their cars.
