Bad experiences since 2015 as a leasee. Worst now with new management. I was given an appointment to come in for 1 of 3 recalls required for the Rouge 2023 model. The service manager took this “easy fix” to become a need for new front tires. He seemed to be looking for anything to tag on to the complimentary visit. Car was at approximately 21k miles. I have been a customer of Nissan for 10 years. I have brought three cars from Plainfield Nissan. They gave me the best deal on my old car for a trade in. However I went in September 2025 for an oil change. I have a maintenance package. I was told I needed new tires which I was aware of. Then I was advised I needed a new battery and it would costs around $370 to $400 work parts and labor. The new tires would cost around $900.
