The staff are friendly and very helpful. I have not had a bad experience yet- over 5 years I have been going to Nissan of North Olmsted for service work.
Well-done! I was able to make an appointment for the next day. The Service Advisor got me in right away, and the Service Tech showed me what was wrong with my car, and he fixed it quickly. Believe it or not, my final bill was actually less than the estimate. How often does that happen?
***Avoid this place***. Dishonest slimy car salesman and tactics!!!! Can’t give it less than 1 star because it won’t let me. For the past several months I was watching a Red 2025 Pathfinder ending with vin ending in 594. I did my homework before walking in there this month to include a KBB search on my current vehicle and also the 2025 Pathfinder.
