Wonderful experience buying my new car. Mr. York was great showing us the cars and working through the process with us. We love our new car!
The guy working on my car sent me a video detailing everything he did and everything he recommended doing. Very easy to accept or decline the recommendations. Not pushy at all. Everyone was very friendly and professional.
Nice people
Service was AMAZING!! We were greeted by multiple workers ensuring that we were being taken care of. Joshua was absolutely outstanding with customer service. He helped us navigate through the whole buying process and made it as easy as possible for us. As a born and raised local I definitely recommend buying from Champion Nissan New Braunfels. I love my new Kicks!!❤
Danel V (i cant spell it) was extremely rude to me and I will not be returning. I already had issues with my wiper blades after visiting, but I did not think much of it until she was very rude to me after I brought it up. My family and I go make the drive to World Car Nissan now because their staff is actually nice and friendly, and we recommend you to do the same. Shame on you Danelle!
