UPDATE: We have purchased 4 cars from New Braunfels Nissan. Early on the service was pretty good. Then, the last few years the service department was pretty poor, as my previous review below. I took our 2025 Pathfinder in for it's first service and the difference was remarkable. Service manager met me at the door and started the process right away. The staff seemed cheerful and attentive.
