Always a great experience at Champion Nissan!
I have visited Champion Nissan in New Braunfels on two occasions, once for an oil change and another for a recall. The service provided was exceptional, characterized by professionalism and politeness. I highly recommend Champion Nissan for any automotive needs, whether it be service, recalls, or car purchases. Their team consistently delivers top-notch service and expertise.
Very disappointed, I setup an appointment to change my breaks. While there I asked if I could add an oil change. After waiting a couple of hours, I walked out with an oil change only. The inspection video didn't come to me until the vehicle was done and sitting in the bay. The video highlighted things that needed to be done to include my breaks, which I set the appointment up for to begin with. 10/10 I could not have asked for a better experience. My sales person was Layton and he did a fantastic job. I never felt pressured to buy and I never felt like I was getting upsold on anything. Every other person I interacted with in the dealership was kind and welcoming. We have bought many cars in the past and this was by far the fastest transaction. Will recommend for sure.
I took my truck in for a full service, and inspection. They did a great job looking everything over. They found a leak coming from a gasket on the front axle which they took care of. Overall a good experience. Antonio was very friendly, and helpful.
