My vehicle was previously inspected at another shop that no longer performs certifications due to the new system. They advised the truck would pass, so I brought it to Nissan solely for certification. Instead of receiving a certificate, I was presented with a list of nearly $3,000 in recommended repairs. Bought car used in 2022. Have had nothing but probpems when it came to the dealership. Got a letter summer 2022 about a recall but had to wait on part to be made. I mentioned about recall when i was there feb 2023. They said due to no part they oiled/sprayed area. May that ywar another letter about said recall came. Still bo part was ready. Skip to now.... called nissan canada about when recall would be dealt with. Found out nissan muskoka marked off the recall on my car as done when they sprayed it.
