Brought my truck in for an oil change, transmission fluid drain and fill, and to get the blend door actuator replaced since it's broken. Brought my truck in at 7am and had it scheduled for pick up at 2pm. I was advised at noon they would need to diagnose the transmission and blend door actuator which cost roughly $216 for each diagnostic before any work was completed. Went in for an oil change and inspection on a new vehicle. Took an average amount of time. Seating area was comfortable, although I wish they had window shades or tint because the sun is very bright on that side. Only issue was they had to re-bill my transaction because I had a free oil change. I told the service rep of that before hand and it was on my appt. Schedule notes but she missed it at the end. Always check the receipt before paying.
