I have had nothing but positive experiences with the service department at New South Ford. The staff is helpful and eager to please. The only small complaint that I have is sometimes it is hard to get them on the phone, I realize they are busy helping other customers, but it would be nice if New South Ford had someone dedicated to take calls for the service department.
The staff at the service department is great! Dustin has always been very professional and knowledgeable in what I needed. I thought the price was a little high but this may be something that cannot be controlled right now. I do appreciate them taking care of my vehicle.
