The worst Nissan all around the Texas .I never recommend them at all.Specially their manager ,I don’t remember her name I think her name was Jenny Brown, was very very impolite . You never guess how she was impolite . I’m sorry for Nissan company with their awful manager.They just try to palm off their cars to you.Completely liar.going there is waste of time with bad experience. If I were you I would never think about going there and their cars.
This experience was not a good one compared to others at this dealership. Arrived at the dealership a little after 8am to get the 30,000 mile checkup on a Titan. This is a $800+ service. The technician said that the job would take 1.5 to 2 hours. I was not asked to sign a work order. I sat and sat in the waiting area and the job was not finished until 1:15 pm It took 5 hours to complete the 1.5 to 2 hour job
Sean and Isaac were so GREAT!!! It’s the second time I’ve been a part of purchasing a new car and it’s been a great experience both times!!

I took my car in for a routine oil change and have a recall done. I left my car and they called a couple hours later and it was all done. Also they had washed the car. Very pleasant workers.
