Great experience. The salesperson Niki went out of her way, on her day off, to locate the car we were looking for and to get the deal worked out. We did everything over the phone and only needed a few minutes to sign some papers once we got to the dealership.
We went to Janesville Nissan after getting a quote from AAA car buying program. They would not give us the quoted price stating you can’t use incentives with 0% financing. AAA car buying is not an incentive but a service. They obviously contract with AAA car buying or I wouldn’t have gotten a quote listing their dealership. The difference in price was nearly $5000. I feel they were not transparent and will never deal with them again
Ivy is an excellent source of knowledge for my husband and I. We have worked together with her several times now and we will certainly continue to work together with her. She is so personable and makes us feel so comfortable.
Bought a 2025 kicks Sv February 3rd 2025. Its August 3rd 2025 and the 500 college rebate promised to my son on February 4th 2025 has not arrived. He graduated from Creighton 5/24. We have sent in paperwork 7 times showing he graduated and have been promised a check numerous times last time 7/28/25. The edwards finance department promises and has failed to deliver time and time again. Next stop court. Never buy from people who lie Edwards Nissan lies
I called to see if they had the car online available VIN: 5N1BT3AA5RC672734 advertised at $17995 but you can even get a better price. They did so I brought my daughter who saved money to get a car, and I was going to pay the difference. We test drove it and she loved it. We were going to pay cash for the car. After years of buying cars, I was excited to finally buy my first muscle car. I visited a few car lots, and I was not happy with the experience. I worked with Iva Smith at the Greenville, TX Nissan dealership and everything went wonderfully. She was very responsive in the weeks leading up to my appointment to close out my lease and purchase my Titan. She also helped with adding a lift package and new wheels/tires. This is my new dealership going forward!
Took my NISSAN to MAUS for an oil change. As usual they try to add a bunch of recommended service (wipers, cabin filter, etc) to bump of the price a few hundred dollars. The service advisor also said my timing case was leaking and it would be $4100 to fix. Skeptical, I passed on the repair. I then took the vehicle to a local highly rated car service center.
