Decent experience up until the salesman chose not to go over the cars features or anything with us. Told us to come back if we had any questions and to figure it out. But i did speak with the sales manager Sean and he took care of me and made things better.
Izaiah was helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me find the right car at the right price. Very good service.
The service experience has gradually degraded. I initially bought an electric vehicle there many years ago. It has had many recalls since then. For the most recent recall, there was no fix available for more than a year. Now, I recently had it fixed, but there were no updates or information on the status of this work.
