The team at Nissan of Lebanon was a pleasure to work with. They listened to our wants and needs and put us in a Pathfinder that checked all our boxes and worked with us to get it within our budget. Everyone in the dealership was pleasant to deal with and valued our time. This will be our first stop when we're ready for another vehicle.
They’ve had car for almost 5 months now and they still have it. It was only there to get a key programmed and then they told me something was wrong with it when it was running just fine. Obviously someone there did something wrong and now I’m putting my life on hold because of this plus I have to rely on other ppl for rides to get to both my jobs. In which case it’s not fair on me. Predatory crooks. These people should be ashamed of themselves. My father went in for an oil change, he came out with a 6,000 bill for rack and pinion, tie rods, computer module ect. They charge for parts upfront, I've never seen this practice in my many years , then while they are telling him all the bad news about his car they are trying to sell him and extended warranty. Pete, Glenn and Colin were very polite and helped me get the car of my dreams. I highly recommend going here. Staff are very accommodating and polite. They also answered all my questions when asked. Will Definitely refer friends and family to them :) thank you again guys!!!
