I own a 2011 Infiniti that has had a few issues of late. Recently, I needed immediate service and the garage I use was full up for weeks. So, I had the car towed to Nissan. Kyle and his service team are stellar - communicative, trustworthy, and honest. Not only did they repair the issue; they held on to it to ensure it was fixed. And, Kyle followed up a week later to confirm it was still running. Highly recommend!
Do NOT buy tires from Nissan of Lebanon. They'll tell you brand names and cost over the phone and leave out any other important information. I needed winter tires for my SUV and the traction on those tires is sooo much worse than my all terrain tires. I'll pay for what I need, so don't sell me some tires that don't work. I called and tried to resolve the issue to no avail. I won't be back. I suggest you don't go for tires either.
yeah...chalk it up to car dealers, but pretty rude punters... quite mean and dishonest when it comes right down do it.
