This is the worse dealership that I know of. An Elderly Disabled Veteran customer went to this dealership with a pre-approved letter from their bank to purchase a new vehicle. Without the customer's knowledge, the dealership contacted the bank and told the bank they would match their offer. The customer stated to the dealership that they would like to go through the bank and not the dealership.
