Recently, we took our daughter’s recently purchased in November 2025, Nissan Rogue in for repairs. We called before bringing it in and spoke with Kenneth Morgan, a mechanic at the dealership. He was “off the clock” as the service department had already closed (and it was on a Saturday )but he went above and beyond to help my daughter. They are always awesome, I stick with Nissan simply because of their team members.
Be warned, these people are CROOKS! They ran up a bill through many failures and diagnostic charges in the multi-thousands of dollars!- They admitted zero culpability for their inept mechanics and subsequent engine power loss after claiming to have fixed several times and after I had barely gotten it on the street only to crawl back and hear they'll have to run more diagnostics and charge in full for them....again!! Loved working with Shavan. Made us feel heard and taken care of through our first financing experience. **The service center needs to make sure it reconnects all the bulb wires so you dont get pulled over for not having a head light the first time you leave work after dark!! FFS guys, every connection was still undone on the left fixture, i assumed the entire assembly had died!
The service manager Shane and his whole staff are always fantastic ! My wife recently had her infinity serviced there for warranty work and it was fast / quality / and zero issues ! I take all my vehicles there including my fords because the service there vs actual ford dealership isn’t comparable . Keep up the good work guys !!
