Everything was fine until I started to leave. They didn't show me anything about the car. I didn't know how to turn on anything in the car. I almost wrecked getting onto the highway. Thought the lights were on and they weren't. Couldn't even tell what gear it was in because the lights weren't on. They didn't even give me a full tank of gas. All new cars I've bought was filled with gas.

I had a bad experience last week, a miscommunication between staff lead to a spare tire not being put on my vehicle and I drove away on a bad tire. It was an accident. When I came back I wasn’t refunded in full after I canceled a part order and being refunded for the work not being completed. I was angry and left some negative reviews, I felt wronged and had an extremely bad day even outside of this issue, Friday was rough.
