After my old SUV broke down, I needed to purchase a new car. Chuck was my salesman and from the very start, he was honest about everything and you typically don't see that in most car delarships. He went the extra mile and beyond to get me the Nissan Rogue I wanted and was patient, open to any questions I asked. Very professional. Honest, upfront and willing to work with your plans. John listened to what I was interested in and we discussed the various options along with terms, APR and trade in. John simply laid everything out and took his time addressing all concerns and questions that I had. Although I didn't get the APR I was hoping for John explained everything accurately and didn't deflect my questions. If you have a trade in, make sure it's well maintained.
