12/13/23 update: downgraded to 2 stars. After speaking with Eric, who said he would follow up on my issue and get back to me, I never heard back from him. I have called several times and left messages. As you can see, it was 4 months ago when I posted my review, and nothing has happened. Eric has not returned my calls, not even to say he can't help. I leased a new car and then 2 weeks later I returned my old leased vehicle. I chose to delay the return because I had more time on my lease. The purchase was smooth and easy. They showed me new cars that would be an upgrade but I wasn't ready to do that so they sold me the one similar to my previous car with no pressure just answers to my questions. Drove over a nail and needed to get my tire fixed quickly and professionally. Made an appt for the next morning at 7:30 and was out by 8:30. Was very grateful they could take care of me so quickly.
Kevin was very informative and explained exactly what was wrong with the car. He also clearly explained our options. I’ve been a few times for diagnostics and repairs. The only downside is there is often a long wait even if you have an appointment. But a commercial street of stores, restaurants, and cafes is walking distance.
