Had a great experience with the Nissan dealer here in Burlingame. They did a quality check on our 2018 Leaf. Aquila’s was our man and went way above and beyond for us. Highly recommend bringing your Nissan here especially your leaf. Thanks again. Your NIM tour!

12/13/23 update: downgraded to 2 stars. After speaking with Eric, who said he would follow up on my issue and get back to me, I never heard back from him. I have called several times and left messages. As you can see, it was 4 months ago when I posted my review, and nothing has happened. Eric has not returned my calls, not even to say he can't help. The sales people may be great, but the service staff has a lot of room for improvement. So think twice before you buy. I have been a loyal Nissan customer for 8 years and since s... read more

I leased a new car and then 2 weeks later I returned my old leased vehicle. I chose to delay the return because I had more time on my lease. The purchase was smooth and easy. They showed me new cars that would be an upgrade but I wasn't ready to do that so they sold me the one similar to my previous car with no pressure just answers to my questions. Came for my first service after car purchase. Oil change and maintenance was done in a timely manner. Inspection found that I needed to replace my battery, which was below charge. Service and customer service was outstanding. negatives: 1) battery was not in stock so I had to come back the next day. 2) no shuttle service so no options to leave my car and/or go back to work
