I would really like to have positive things to say at this point, but based on Nissan of Boerne’s lack of follow through on commitment, I am formed to give them one star. Part on their add on pricing is supposed to include a one year car wash. I have repeatedly inquired about the certificate and have yet to get it. I called Roland, a manager, and have not heard back after over a week. Frankly, I don’t trust this dealership and considering that they are a representative of Nissan, I have lost trust.
