I purchased my second Nissan Pathfinder at this dealership, because we were well satisfied with the customer care and service.
I typically do not write reviews, but in this particular case, I feel that I need to address a few things that I experienced during what I thought would be an easy thing to do, which was to get a simple oil change and tire rotation. Bismarck Motor Company reached out to see if their team exceeded expectations, but after writing the below review, I have not heard back (4 days counting) from the Service Manager and as a result I am not sure if I will ever return for any future services. Purchased the exact spec car I’d been looking for for months from out of state. Logan Muth was the sales rep the whole process and was absolutely great to work with. This had been a months long process for me before I found this car and these guys at Bismarck Motor Co were by far the best and most respectful working with an out of state buyer.
