My experience at Alhambra Nissan was excellent starting with my inital phone call with ivonia she was very helpful when it came to showing me the wide selection of new and used cars before I even got to the location Jaspen gave me A 1 service when it came to looking at cars and test driving and thru out my whole experience Luis made me feel comfortable when it came to closing the deal all in all my experience at Alhambra Nissan was an excellent one I seen the car that I wanted and was able to get thanks to the excellent team
The service advisor was friendly and professional. The work was done in a timely manner.
Great service when they want too they can’t help me fix my headlight connector. Too complicated in here at times. They service my brakes and a few thousand miles started making a clicking noise and they didn’t want to repair it. They said I have to pay them again. That’s why this place is 1 star no way 5 stars. They kept telling me we don’t believe you we can’t duplicate the noise so it’s okay it’s normal. And just didn’t want to fix the problem.

Nissan of Alhambra!!! Not y'all doing it again!! First of all, this family owned dealership, is family to me! They treat their staff and customers just as such, too!
