They issue credits with hidden restrictions they never told you about — and change the terms whenever it’s convenient for them. I was charged $240 for an unnecessary inspection. As compensation, they issued me a $240 goodwill credit approved by their manager. Great service when they want too they can’t help me fix my headlight connector. Too complicated in here at times when everyone has attitude and feel like over charging you. They service my brakes and a few thousand miles started making a clicking noise and they didn’t want to repair it. They said I have to pay them again. That’s why this place is 1 star no way 5 stars. Reading this review is disappointing, but not surprising. As a Black man, my experience at Nissan of Alhambra also left me feeling profiled, disrespected, and honestly felt racist. I came in expecting professionalism, but instead dealt with people who seemed more interested in making assumptions than treating customers with basic respect. The manager was arrogant, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.
