I visited Nissan North to look at a Certified 2023 Leaf not realizing that pre-owned was across the street. The first impression was competence and professionalism. A polite young man immediately introduced himself, looked me up and told me who to talk to in the other building. Kat was smart, friendly and the test-drive and sale were pleasant. I didn’t get my car serviced by my girlfriend did and I really appreciate seeing the mechanics make a video detailing the work being done. It was very informative and gave a peace of mind. Also it was cool seeing the bottom of the car. Thanks guys
