Likely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a dealer. Got a message for up to 12500 off a vehicle and decided to go check out what the offer was. Sales rep started off as a little frustrated at the beginning and downright adversarial towards the end. Not one time was he able to provide details on a vehicle they were offering 12 grand off. I was driving out of town the next morning to be the sole person to look after two of my grandchildren. I filled up with gas about 3:40 pm my check engine light came on. Tasha and Matthew in the service dept got me in and one of the mechanics stayed to run tests and make sure my car was ready for my important out-of-town trip early the next morning. They were wonderful and even took the time after hours to wash my car for me. I’ve bought two vehicles from this dealership and they are hero’s in my book.
