I recently took my vehicle in for service and I’m extremely satisfied with the work that was done. I met with a service writer by the name of Tom who greeted me warmly. He was great to work with and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Tom was easy to get in touch with and was very responsive.
I brought my car in last week & was greeted by Tom Mocny in the service center. He was very helpful & forthcoming with the service I needed & what could wait & be spaced out. I appreciate an honest approach when dealing with having my car serviced.
My experience with Nissan service department was awesome. The service team was really nice and professional. I also want to give a huge thank you to Daniel S. the Service Director. He made sure he explained my services in a way that I could understand. He definitely took the fear out of a stressful situation. I will recommend this service department to all of my friends.
