Not the beginning experience I expected. Service Dept sit and do not greet you, you’re talked down to while he’s on his phone or eating. Rude to he questioned , If I had even taken it to Waco Nissan a few days ago because nothing was documented and questioned if I knew where I took it and why I didn’t take it back there. I called earlier in the week to schedule an appointment, as I've done every time in the past without issue. However, because the service center was recently acquired, they told me they could no longer honor my warranty for work on Saturdays. It's really disappointing that a change in ownership would affect long-time customers this way. This was hands down one of the worst service experiences I've had at any dealership. I had a 7:40 AM appointment for a basic oil & filter change and one recall. I was initially told the car would be ready max by 12 PM, which was already far longer than reasonable for this type of service. When no one contacted me by noon, I had to call them myself and only then did service advisor casually said it would now be ready by 5 PM. Multiple calls to the service department were ignored. 5 Stars for Frank and Lewisville Nissan! Another mom and I drove to Dallas from Houston with 5 kids to visit friends over winter break. My 2025 Armada is so big and fit everyone, and their bags, so nicely! However, my second row latch would not engage which made it impossible for me to drive the group anywhere so the group would be stranded at the hotel. This place does a terrible job First oil change I had done on my Nissan versa they forgot to put the oil cap back on, oil spilled all over my engine and who knows what other damage that could've caused. I missed work because of it. Later when I went to confront them to fix it, they changed oil again and did not wash the engine or hood insuflator at all.
