Did an oil change in March (which was included with car purchase last year, though they no longer honor other services that were part of purchase). Saw oil on my garage floor a couple of days later. Called in about and was told that it was probably because their mechanics are "not careful" sometimes and leave a mess. I was assured a manager would call me back. Never did. Nope just nope. Do not take your vehicle to this place for repairs. My check engine light is on for the 3rd time in the past 2 months. Ive spent thousands of dollars already getting the problem fixed and they want to charge another 195 for diagnostic??? Get out. They're scam artists. I don't care how bad this makes them look. Something has got to give and do not take your vehicle here for repairs
