I wish I could give this place negative 5 stars, but since Google doesn’t allow it, I have to settle for one star just to post this review. I truly regret one of the worst decisions I’ve made—taking my car to this Nissan service department despite several friends warning me not to. I dropped off my Versa to have the ABS light checked. My Nissan truck started having engine trouble, so I had it towed to their service department. They quoted $195 for the diagnostic fee. They diagnosed it with "needs a new engine" and the repair quote was about $38,000. They admitted the tech only listened to the engine and did not open the engine to find the problem. Took my xterra in for a diagnosis because of a fuse popping, dropped it off expecting it to take a couple of days at least, no got a invoice the next morning for over 10,000 dollars. The report was full of contradicting information, like on the inspection sheet it passed the coolant system and all fluids were good, yet I was recommended to get a new radiator and transmission due to engine coolant mixing with the transmission fluid, I checked and no it's not mixing, and the fact that I have a external trans cooler totally neg... read more
