Clarence was a great salesperson. Very understanding and patient. Would definitely purchase another vehicle from him but not dealership. Ordered cargo mat with new vehicle and was told it was on backorder. That was 2 months ago. Found out the mat was never ordered. Then was told they found a mat at a Florida dealership and it would be here within a week. Called a week later and was told it's the wrong mat. Said they would get the correct mat in the next day.
