We had such a great experience here! This was the third dealership we visited in our journey to find the right vehicle, and the difference was noticeable right away. Everyone was incredibly down-to-earth, respectful, and easy to work with. From our salesperson, to the finance team, to the manager personally coming out to thank us — we truly felt appreciated throughout the entire process. There was no pressure, no feeling like we were just another sale, and we felt like they genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy. We a... read more
Our salesman and finance guy made our experience at Nissan today great! They explained everything about the vehicle and was fast about it. I would recommend this to all my friends. I will continue to take care of my vehicles at this location and will consider purchasing another vehicle in the future. Thanks guys
Joe was a pleasure to work with. He explained he was in the middle of his orientation and may have to consult with others. He was well prepared for most questions but was able to get answers quickly. I was a little upset to see the young sales staff was somewhat put off with being interrupted. They didn’t seem to be busy, staring out the windows and playing games on their phones. I would definitely com back for my next vehicle
The dealership was able to locate/order the exact Pathfinder we were looking for, and it arrived before the scheduled date. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. No one tried to sell us things we didn't want or need so there was no pressure in that way. We were very happy overall and would recommend this dealership.
We had a great experience buying cars from Lake country Nissan! Our salesman Clarence was very attentive and patient answering all of our questions. He had great communication and worked to get us what we were looking for! Everyone there was super friendly and helped us out! We would definitely recommend buying from here!
