on June 12 , I purchased a 2024 Volvo from Nissan Kia of Middletown, on paperwork told 33,000 miles, all was checked out on car fax.... even was sold an additional warranty of 4k for any maintenance .... 4 days later, 7 miles driven, Check engine light appears ??? So I call , was told, by Scott, our mechanics don't work on Volvo cars ? Truly zero stars. An awful experience from start to finish. I brought in my 2015 kia soul with a flashing check engine light, and was never called back with the status of my repairs for over a week. I was told on the day of my appointment, that the person servicing my car was off until the following day. I was never contacted the following day, and when I reached out, was told the car was still being looked at, even though I received a text saying the diagnostic had been completed. I trust them to work 9n my car. I have NEVER had a problem in the ten years I have been going there. They do not do insurance claims & no longer have loaner vehicles.

Beware of misrepresentation of vehicle price. They will quote you a price & once you get to financing the quoted price goes up. I will never purchase a vehicle here again, nor will any of my friends or family..
