In my opinion: not sure how do they get five-star rating prior to my review, maybe just by handful of reviews only. I initiated a quick inquiry by phone, whoever the guy answered my call was not only extremely impatient but somehow very rude, and unprofessionally didn't want to hear more specific details. Anyway, maybe their mechanic skills are way too good to be so arrogant.
The guys over at Nissan Independent are professionals. I had the pleasure of dealing with Erick and his customer service is amazing. They are really nice and will give you their honest opinion and they do not try to pressure or trick you into doing extra maintenance that you were not planning on doing like a lot of mechanic shops do. I would highly suggest to anyone to give their shop a try.
