I have never had an exceptional experience here. Fortunately, most of my repairs have been covered under warranty. This time when I went for an oil change, they recommended that I have an additional service that I recently had completed at a different shop. This indicated to me that they are recommending services whether they are really needed or not. They kept my car overnight without providing a loaner.
