Kayley in service has always taken great care of both our vehicles. She keeps me informed of the progress and has never over promised. I find her very friendly and caring. She always has a smile and a warm greeting
I paid for a tire rotation that I am sure didn't happen. I have 1 wheel with curb damage on it and that wheel was in the same location before the service as it was after the service. This is twice now I am sure my tires have not been rotated when the service was paid for. Makes me wonder if my oil got changed or my differential fluid got changed. Which I paid a good amount to have done.
The windshield washer motor on my Xterra had failed and I had a replacement installed. The service for this project was good but I feel that the labor charge was at least double what I think was reasonable.
