Buying a new car from this dealership is probably the worst experience I have had in over 50 years of buying new cars. They are incompetent, unresponsive, and couldn't care less about the customer once they have your money. This attitude goes from the sales floor all the way up to the general manager. The promise of calling you back, following up, or simply making the customer whole or happy is totally foreign to them. I purchased a used Mazda in September 2023. Melvin from Jim Coleman's Finance or Accounts office asked for my information such as address and then my social security number. I asked what that was for because I wasn't going to use their financing. A few minutes later Melvin did a Hard Inquiry from different credit bureaus - and then tells me he would like to offer my Jim Coleman's financing instead.
