I like the other location that closed off auburn this place is Not of my liking treat you like a vending machine & price are too high.. (will take to Roseville Nissan nxt service) felt No respect from staff..
We had a wonderful experience with Nissan of Elk Grove from start to finish. I was able to make an appointment easily online. Then I had to change it several times because the delivery driver was late. Fortunately, changing the appointment times was easy too. I had to call to ask a question and when I did, whoever answered the phone was very helpful and said I could drop off the car before 4:15pm. When we got there, Jhon helped us out. After having a bad experience at Nissan Sacramento, this location has been incredible. I arrived for my appointment and was helped right away (no waiting at all). The person who assisted me spoke Spanish, which was extremely helpful since some car maintenance terms are difficult for non-native speakers. She was very kind, explained what was going to be done to my vehicle, gave me options, and helped me decide what was most convenient.
