After having a bad experience at Nissan Sacramento, this location has been incredible. I arrived for my appointment and was helped right away (no waiting at all). The person who assisted me spoke Spanish, which was extremely helpful since some car maintenance terms are difficult for non-native speakers. She was very kind, explained what was going to be done to my vehicle, gave me options, and helped me decide what was most convenient.
