arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, but no one started helping me until about 40 minutes after I arrived. After finally taking my car, I was told the alignment service would take around 90 minutes. Instead, I ended up waiting over 4 hours. 我10点钟的预约更换机油，把车交给工作人员后在侯客厅等待，11点有个经理过来向我推荐一款一千多的礼包，我没有同意，说今天只是更换机油和咨询玻璃水的问题，然后这个经理不高兴的走了，等到十二点再去问还有多久时，一个工作人员说半个小时可以了，等到十二点半我再去问那个推荐我礼包的经理，他查询电脑后说还要45分钟，我从电脑上看到我排在客户群体的前面，但是没有人帮忙处理我的车，当时我生气说不换了要走，这个经理马上让人把我的车开过来，其实我的车一直在修车场外，根本没进修车场里，我只是换机油而已需要三个多小时吗？而且还是周四，这个经理没有成功的向我推荐产品就不理不睬的态度让人感到非常不专业，没有好的服务态度怎会有好的回报呢
