I had a great experience at Nissan Downtown thanks to Maz. He really took the time to help me, answer all my questions, and made everything feel easy and comfortable. I called and asked about a car , a 2016 Rouge , knowing they can have transmission issues . 1.5 hrs dr . Knowing car is listed as is . But my main concern was transmission/ well over phone stated this would be my main concern !!!!! Was told car drives good . Well it drove like worse than even bad . What a waste of time and anyone that drives would have known the car was not fit for road. As well car fax said car had potentially been rolled back.
