The sales guy, Jackson, was very professional. He showed a lot of patience and made sure we found exactly what we wanted. The whole process was smooth and comfortable. No pressure at all. A great experience.
I knew it needed new tires but when they got it ready in the shop they realized it needed new brakes. They did both without my asking. A dealership that cares about your safety is pretty awesome.
My experience with Ken Garff Nissan was wonderful from start to finish. Jackson Johnson was one of the best salespeople that I have ever dealt with. He was honest, attentive and quick to respond. He made sure all my concerns were addressed and was readily available for my calls. I was coming from out of state to purchase the vehicle. Everything I needed to license and insure the car was completed in a timely manner and they even picked me up at the airport.
Isaac was fast and helpful. My first car payment and he was just there to make things easy for me.
