Ryan is the force behind the service dept and company. Hes always accommodating every time during my service appts. When my car needed a new transmission he worked tirelessy to make sure I was taken care while my car is being worked on, including getting me loaner car which is usually impossible. I truly appreciate his service and his compassion, which is why I keep coming back.
I just took my car to do the oil change, having made an appointment, first of all. I arrived and no one came to take my car, which made other people behind me at the entrance upset, even so I had to get off and enter so that someone could move the car from the entrance. I can’t say enough good things about Nissan City Service in Port Chester, NY. While traveling from Maryland to Boston for my daughter’s hockey tournament, our car broke down near Port Chester, NY. After a stressful experience with another local area repair shop (Rye Auto Care), we were left stranded with a car still in limp mode and the check engine light on (the repair shop closed and gave me my car back still broken after charging me $1k--we never even made it out of their parking lot). It doesn’t make any sense on how a vehicle place can be open until 6 pm but the latest you can have mechanical work is until 1:30 pm… what’s even worse is on the weekends you can’t even have mechanical work to because those are “light days” according to the receptionists. At this point you might as well just take your car to a local mechanic. I have warranty on my vehicle but I can’t even use it because I work Mon - Fri until early - mid afternoon. It’s very unfortunate.
