I have had my share of lunch soups but think I have found my favorite. The Mississippi Gumbo is De-Light-Ful. The collar greens, black eyed peas, okra, onions and shredded turkey made my day. There are additional ingredients also but I will leave you to figure them out yourself. And when you add great food with great service, I was full before I began eating. We enjoyed our bowl of gumbo and chopped salad a lot. Both tasted freshly made and were delicious and hit the spot after our hike on the Museum Trail.
