Andy Santana was professional, prompt, and courteous! That was correct a year ago. Not so professional anymore! On November 16th, 2021 Andy did what is known as a "bait and switch" for an oil change coupon. You come in for what is advertised then the sales rep lies to get more money out of you. Andy argued and yelled at me in front of other staff. Andy and the manager Augie both unprofessional. Worst experience at west covina nissian.
This is a review for the service department---I scheduled an appointment online to have my transmission diagnosed. Online the price is $135, when I arrived for my appointment Felipe told me it would be $175... I told him online states $135 he said he didn't care what it states online he just knows that its $175!!!! He would not even acknowledge that there is an online price guide. He made no effort to try and work this problem out. I asked for my vehicle back and he laughed and said no problem... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!... read more
Zero integrity. The sales department has a compulsory lying issue. An absolute disgrace of a dealership. I will never buy here again nor conduct a trade in at West Covina Nissan.
