Never do Business with this Rip OFF Dealer They lie and cheat sold me a car without MSRP sticker told me it had the Platinum Package which it did not plus they charged me $2999 for Nissan Pro Pack which in reality is a warranty for one year on tire (250) window tint and FOB which i was told is included as a compliment on a purchase of a new car. I scheduled an appointment for a oil change today (03/02/2023) morning at 7 am CST. When I am booking online it did ask or mode of transportation and I mentioned shuttle needed. I select 7 am first appointment due to my tight schedule and I live 5.4 miles away from the showroom. When I went today morning , the service rep got all the information and I also gave the key, but I asked someone to drop he was saying his shuttle driver will come only by 8.30 am . he was keep on repeating the same statement and he was very rude. wh... read more
On Nov 30 I went to Shottenkirk Nissan to look at Altimas. I found a car and said I’d be back on Friday with others. The Sales Rep said it was the last day of the month and they hadn’t met their EOM number yet. He presented me with a walkout price of $25k. I said I didn’t want the Nissan Pro Pack so he could remove the $650 but he refused saying it had to be there per Nissan. I thanked him but said I’d consider it and would probably be back Friday. This dealership is now named ***********Nissan Katy. Do business with them at your own risk. Supposedly, this dealership has a “required” add-on called “*********** Care”. It added an additional cost of $3000 to the price of the car. I was not about to pay for that. Also, they added $899 for lifetime tint. Really? Also, there was a Dealer Reconditioning Fee of $1899. Worst financing experience! During my experience, I encountered unprofessional, fraudulent, dishonest, and non helpful employees. Never will I be taken advantage of by another dealership!!
