Visiting from out of state and encountered an issue with my truck. They got me in quick, diagnosed the issue, fixed it in a timely manner, and followed up to make sure things were going well. This gave me the confidence necessary to drive several hundreds of miles. The team at JC Billions were kind and easy to work with - made a tough situation more bearable .

"Staff were courteous and professional." I want to add to my initial review^^^. Again, thanks especially to salesman Phil. I needed a replacement Frontier after a collision with a deer. Phil was very knowledgeable about the new models. He went out of his way to assist in the purchase process without any time wasting pushy sales tactics. Billion was also patient to hold the truck I selected while I waited for settlement $ from insurance. I had a similar positive experience with Billion 20 years ago.
