I was in a terrible situation where my car broke down and was towed to Raceway Nissan. Unfortunately the repairs vs the miles in the car didn’t make sense and I needed a replacement car basically same day. The care and concern I got from the entire team was absolutely amazing. Stay away. The salesman lies just to make the sale. The general mgr. And sales mgr. Said they would fix things, then they both left, new management said they would get back to me after they got caught up to date, 2 months later and I'm still waiting. An update to this: it's a year and a half later and I'm still having problems with the electronics in the car. For example, I start the car and the radio won't work. I have to shut the car off open the door then start it again for it to work.
Literally go anywhere else. $200 to diagnose a problem only. Then want to charge $500 more to fix the problem than my local mechanic fixed it for. Save your money. Go local for an estimate- the dealership essentially stole $200 and tired to rob me again. Glad I left and went where I got a fair price. Never again
