They were great. I had to have my car towed there and we didn`t arrive until after 7 : 00PM (closing time). I called ahead and the service manager (advisor) agreed to stay and wait for me. I couldn`t have asked for better service. My vehicle is running perfectly now.
My salesperson did a fantastic job with helping me to choose and purchase a new vehicle. He discussed several payment options with me and did everything possible to make my experience as painless as possible. There wasn`t the usual "haggling" that happens at the dealership and I appreciated it. Cory did a great job and I am completely satisfied... especially with my sunroof!!!
I read the reviews and most of them are good if your purchasing a vehicle. This is about their Collision Center. I took my Cadillac in because Geico recommended them and said they would warranty the work done on the car. I suppose this is true unless the problem is reoccurring and it gets worse over time. I got my car back and within 3 days the alignment was off on the car to the point that it would drive itself into another lane if you did not hold the wheel straight.
