Dentist didn’t show up, or was running late. Everything else was great.
I was greeted warmly by the front desk upon arrival and received excellent service. Today, I was here for my regular cleaning, and my hygienist, Yesenia, was excellent.
I am extremely disappointed by the lack of responsiveness from this office during dental emergencies. We have had two recent instances where urgent issues required guidance, and in both cases, we received no call back until well after the fact. First, my husband lost a crown on a Saturday, and placed a call to the emergency line hoping for direction, we did not receive any communication from the office until Monday afternoon.
