James was very courteous and he called me and asked me if I wanted to move the van out of the driveway before you put the container in there and so I got up to move the contain the van and he also parked the vehicle his truck and he came back and opened up the blade this was very helpful to me because I am only four 11 I am very short and this makes it really hard for me to open them up and his very courteous and I would highly recommend him for another job thank you very much James way to go
We have been Nisly customers for several years and have been very pleased with their reliable, dependable and friendly service. Although I do not recall his name, the gentleman that provided pickup service on Friday afternoon in our area was a real asset to your organization and appreciated his comments and friendly smile. The office staff also was most helpful any time I had a question. Unfortunately, we have moved out of the service area and we will miss Nisly's good service!

We just recently moved in to the Halstead area. Our trash guy has been AMAZING. We have been sick and forgot to take our trash to the end of the drive two weeks in a row. He got out of his truck, went to the side of our garage and got it for us. Then put it back. I’m so thankful as our trash was overfull. We were just too sick to remember. His customer service is excellent and I recommend you guys to everyone I come across. Thank you so much for exceptional service.

James delivered the dumpster we reserved from the City. Very personable and efficient. He clearly enjoys his job and interacting with his customers to ensure their needs are met.
Forgot to bring my recycling to the curb today and heard the truck pulling up. I rushed to get my shoes on and ran outside just to see an awesome Nisly employee had already came up to the house and was pulling my bin to his truck. Thank you for the fantastic service!
