Nishida Services claims many things to you and they do not follow through. I see alot of favortism and they manpulate alot. The pay is not that great. They will start out a 9.00 and you will be stuck there unless you take a supervisor spot. Athough they do start some people higher depending on the ops maneger. ALOT is promised to you and alot of lies told. I have seen many people fired and many quit because they can not handle all of the manpulating that goes on with the higher up people.
