I have accompanied my mother to see Dr. Sahay a few times and each time the woman at the front desk was rude. Dr. Sahay is nice and mother has been a long time patient but I believe that the level of care here is subpar. We needed a referral sent in to the insurance company for a home health aid and they never did it nor could I get the doctor to call me back to discuss. My name is actually Dawn so they know who I am. Again I am dealing with a doctor who treats Medicaid patients poorly. It's bad enough we have to have Medicaid and then you're not even good enough to be seen by the real Doctor you can only see a nurse practitioner???
