Dr. Nisha Jacobs was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate with my 82-year-old father. She took the time to get to know him, explain his condition and circumstances in terms we could understand, and give us the knowledge and resources we needed to move forward and make good decisions. We feel incredibly fortunate to have been referred to her.
