Dr K is a wonderful pediatrician. She truly listens to her patients and has wonderful bedside manners, which can be tough to find amongst doctors in our experience. I would give her ten stars if I could. Addressing the negative reviews - we have never been over charged or feel we were charged unfairly. The front desk can take a few minutes to get through, but the shared front desk now seems to process patients at a much higher rate.
My husband is a physician, and we have high expectations for providers for our children. We found her to be an excellent, caring, and thorough physician. It’s true that we do have to wait for the scheduled appointment. However, we think it’s worth the occasional inconvenience.
She is very nice
Stay away!!! 1. It always takes an hour more than the appointment time to see your child. 2. Always get a second opinion as she is mostly wrong. Happened twice with us. 3. If going for an annual physical exam, DO NOT open your mouth. I will say again, DO NOT open your mouth. If you do, you will be billed a separate office visit along with physical. Easy money. There are many good pediatricians out in the Naperville/Aurora suburbs and she is not one of them.
