Horrible service. – I called to see if they could clean my flokati rug. I have read on many flokati care websites that 1) you should not wash them with anything other than wool soap and 2) you should let them air dry and not expose them to heat. When I asked the person who answered the phone about these two questions, he was very rude (how dare I ask him questions) and then just called me a name and hung up on me. RUDE – Disrespectable people run this company, I would never recommend anyone to use Nisei Rug Cleaners. Today, I was exiting my condo building and one of the employees was waiting outside for someone else to receive them into the building...I closed the door and said, ?I am sorry I am not aloud to let you enter (this is for the protection on my neighbors) because I do not know you.?
