I do not know about the doctor because Ive never met her. All I know is my experience with their office Staff is unacceptable.. I saw Dr. Merla January 2024 & she was a wonderful doctor. She was patient, thorough, she listened & answered every question I had. However, I was just hospitalized for enteritis & called her office for an appointment because I’m still sick, and they would not see me. Dr. Merla told me after removing polyps that I could see her at any time before three year appointment. I was told by her staff that because I didn’t go in within six months I couldn’t be seen. I originally had an appointment for April; they gave me the appointment 3 months in advance. Then they called me and said the doctor can't be there due to a personal matter, so they switched my appointment to March. They said they visit will take 1-1.5 hours. Then they called again and canceled the appointment for the same reason (the doctor has something coming up) and picked another day for me.
