technician was great disappointed in the company of selling me every time they come. I have two new systems from them and they kindly come into a surface wall. Someone else needs to be upgraded so disappointed.
Romaine has a lot of work experience that shows in his work.
We recently had a new air conditioner and furnace unit installed, and we could not be happier with the service we received. We were away from home during the scheduled installation, but the two installers BENNEY and Ray handled everything perfectly. They proactively called our local contact to unlock the unit and get to work. As soon as they finished, they gave us a phone call to report on the work done. We highly recommend NisAir!
Excellent job professional and knowlegible. Enjoyed having him do the service call
Anthony was great communicative , professional a real pro. I hope I get Anthony next check up.
