I bought a new system with Treasure Coast in Devember. their cost to service the system twice a year is $123. way less than your 200. it wasn't the only reason I switched but it made an impression on. me.
The tech, Juan, came out on Christmas Eve when our ac stopped. We felt terrible even calling for help on a holiday but we had a senior in residence, a large furry dog and company. He came out and was very cheerful and helpful along with getting us up and running again. Great tech and great company!
Juan did our semi-annual maintenance. He arrived on time. Service was thorough. He completely explained all work performed.
I have been using Nisair for a couple of years and the customer service is excellent and the work is reliable. Kahrim and Sean came out to move my condenser unit today - they were on time, courteous, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. I would definitely work with them again.
