I shopped in Nisa, Cullybackey Road, Ballymena today and at the checkout I was so disappointed that the checkout assistant just threw my groceries one item after the other in a careless manner. She didn't offer to help me pack either and I had a small child with me that I had to keep an eye on. The cashier didn't seem to care that I was frustrated at her lack of customer service and care. She dumped my heavy items in top of more fragile items like bread and biscuits! My total was over 120 pounds but she didn't seem to care! ... read more
