Received a facial as a gift for Christmas, I have never been to this spa before so I was hoping it would be welcoming to new customers. I used the online site to book and appointment and received the confirmation email that it was successfully booked. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told by the front desk clerk that my appointment wasn't showing on their computer system, the girl I had booked with was not even working that day. I was charged a no show fee when in fact I cancelled 11 DAYS PRIOR TO MY APPOINTMENT FOR MY FACIAL! The owner illegially charged my credit card when I never signed anything for charging my card if I didn't cancel 24hrs. prior. On top of that, I got a massage there THE WEEK PRIOR once and never again.. the man was a pervert WHICH IS WHY I HAD CANCELLED MY FACIAL THE DAY I GOT HOME FROM THE MASSAGE!! I've tried a few of the other local day spas, but none compare to Nirvelli. My esthetician, Carmen, has turned me into a repeat client! She really knows what pampering means and delivers each and every time. Furthermore, I feel that she takes the time to actually analyze my skin unlike other spas where they just shine that bright magnifying lamp on you and move on. I also want to mention that the front desk staff are really nice and welcoming.
After receiving my very first massage at nirvelli day spa, I left there with all the respect in the world for their massage therapist. Having many questions about my service, the therapist spent one on one time with me answering any questions I had. They did not rush me or cut my service short because of my many questions.
I recently visited Nirvelli Day Spa and received 3 services: massage, facial, and pedicure. I was a little worried about going to a spa being that I have never received a professional massage or facial before. I was greeted by the front desk employees with a very bright and cheerful ambiance. The services I received were of stellar quality and I will definitely recommend this Day Spa to all of my colleagues. I will be back!!!
The esthetician was very professional and knowledgeable about the products she used during my service. This was one of the most relaxing experiences I have ever encountered. Thank you Nirvelli Day Spa I will be back and I will recommend your spa to all of my colleagues.
